This order form is and remains a reservation REQUEST - you will receive a reply within 24 working hours with
the availability and price for this hotel.

Based on the reply you receive, you can choose if the hotel and price is suitable for you and reply back.
You will also get a clear explanation of how to proceed further and make a fix booking.

Payment for all reservations is possible by (a) Credit Card or (b) Bank transfer.

There is no obligation of payment/booking fees until you decide to proceed and make a fixed booking.

Cancelling a reservation must happen 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges. Late cancellation,
less than 48 hours prior to arrival, will result in a charge of 1 night stay for non group bookings, unless stated
otherwise.
