Welcome:
The Residence 4 is a 7 storey, 20th century building whose tidy exterior
gives way to surprisingly spacious interior. Accommodation consists of 21
apartments that can sleep up to 6 people. The Residence is perfect for
larger groups or those looking for a spacious room. The street it stands on
is quiet despite being close to a main transport route into the city centre. In
addition, there are many typical Czech shops, bars and restaurants in the
vicinity that are less ‘touristy’ than those in the city centre.

Location:
The large Stromovka Park is at one end of the street, perfect for jogging or a
stroll. Access to the city centre is very easy as regular trams pass by on
Milady Horakove Street that is a short walk away. At the ‘Vltavska’ tram stop
(4 stops towards the city centre) there is a metro station if you prefer to use
that mode of transport. Journey time to Wenceslas Square from the
Residence is about 15 minutes.

Restaurant & Dining Facilities:
In the cellar of the building there is a large breakfast room that is lit by
skylights in the ceiling. Breakfast is the only meal that is offered. However,
other meals can be provided by prior arrangement. If you prefer, breakfast
may be brought to your room. The breakfast room is also ideal for meetings,
seminars, presentations and social engagements.

There are 21 apartment style rooms with a separate
living room and bathroom together with one or more
bedrooms. All of them have a private bathroom with a
shower, WC and bidet, direct-dial telephone and
satellite TV. They are simply furnished with tiled/wood
floors throughout. Some of the rooms to the rear of the
building have a balcony overlooking a green courtyard.
